Archaeologists | People who find out about the past using evidence found underground and on various historical sites. |
Armour | The Roman soldiers wore a uniform which was made up of several effective pieces of armour including a helmet, breast plate and weapons. |
Balista bolt | A bolt which was fired from a weapon rather like a crossbow. Used mainly by the Romans. |
Bones | Archaeologists dig up bones of animals and people which helps them develop more of an idea about the past. |
Brooches | Brooches were popular amongst the Celtic people and were used practically to hold clothes together. They often demonstrated how rich the owner was and were highly prized. |
