Litton Cheney Residential
The Yr 4's at Puddletown First School, went on a 3 day residential to Litton Cheney Youth Hostel. During their stay, they carried out mapping work, including a planned walk around the village. In pairs the children had to plot their route and record the position of key photographs given to them.
When they returned to school the pairs had to use the Mimio to show their route walked and pinpoint the location of the photographs. These were then compared with other children's map work and map co-ordinates were then worked out.
